Driven to the bank to get documents notarized.
Driven to another bank to make a deposit.
Driven to the post office to pick up the mail.
Finally realized that it's Veteran's Day.

That cracks me up. It's amazing how stupid we can be. I lived in Santa Cruz for a while, and commuted to the Bay Area. (This was a long time ago, in a Bay Area far, far away when it wasn't impossible). For THREE DAYS IN A ROW, I got to work really early because I had forgotten to set my clock back for daylight savings time.
Yeah, and Bill O'Really fuqqing anal tard can kiss my ass.
My mother called me up today, absolutely incandescent with rage about his comments. We happen to be citizens of the BA and she was alomst beside herself. I kind of shrugged it off (perhaps stupidly) but come on, it's Bill O'Reilly. The man is a walking pile of shit. Of course he would say something like that. It doesn't make it okay be any means, but it's not surprising.
KF - Thanks. The original post was obviously meant humorously, although I did honestly forget 3 fucking times that the banks and PO would be closed. But after posting about O'Reilly, I thought to myself "and how the hell are you better, forgetting veterans day?" I was actually expecting some scathing attacks.
EM - No, I guess I'm not really surprised, but being from the Bay Area myself it hit close to home. O'Reilly is a piece of shit, but at least he's not Michael Savage. Whatever the hell kind of consolation that is.
